Coriander Prawns (Udang Ketumbar)


Satu lagi resepi simple jek...ceduk dari Kuali.com dan nak masaknya pun cepat..hehe...baru sessuuaiii kan, masak cepat masuk mulut pun cepat...ini masak punya la lama..makan sekejap jek licin...wahaha...u all translate sendiri la yaa..angin M lg ni..pagi2 esok dah nk balik kampung majlis sebelah pengantin lelaki lak..hiiikkss!!

Ingredients:-
  • 500 gms. medium size prawns
  • 1 tbsp. Maggi Ikan Bilis powder/cube
  • 1 tbsp. belacan
  • 4 cloves garlic - pounded
  • 2 shallots - pounded
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 tbsp. rice flour
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Some butter
  • Chopped red pepper for garnishing

Method:-

  1. Slice the prawns lengthwise. Combine the ikan bilis powder, belacan, garlic, shallots, coriander, egg whites, rice flour, black pepper and salt.
  2. Add in the prawns and mix well.
  3. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Fry the prawns for about 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chopped red pepper and ready to serve.
