Jom main teka-teki nak....bukan cari barang tersembunyi, cari barang yang serupa tp tarak sama pnyer...tengok kat atas tu, kaler hampir serupa jek kan...tp rasa x sama tau....hehe...Alah semua orang dah buat pelbagai perasa panna cotta, akak jek baru datang angin, sebab x tahan cuaca panas now...amik nak, dua hari berturut-turut akak melantak dessert jek...bukan apa, pagi Ahad tu akak just wat burger jek...hubby pulak pergi hantar Aiman Seminar Motivasi UPSR balik rumah tengok bawak lontong pulaksss...oooo sedap punyerrrrr, dari satu restoran Padang kat bandar tuh...apa lgk..lungkup periuk lerr..hahaaa..Jom layan dessert yang asalnya dari Gert ni, dah ramai pun buat, tengok Nor, Mat, Hana dan ntah sapa-sapa lgk...Thanks to Gert and allow me to C n P the recipe right here....
MANGO AND PEACH PANNA COTTA
Ingredient:
- 7 grm gelatin (1 packet) + 3 tbsp of water
- 2 ½ cups full cream milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla1 ripe mango – cut into small cubes or puree
- Mix the gelatin and water together and set it aside to bloom.
- Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan, cook over low medium heat until bubbles form around the edges of the saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and stir in the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into six ramekins or cups. At this stage you can add in some cut mango and refrigerate until set or you can serve it with some mango puree.

tumpang lalu minta rasa 2,3 gelasss leh ker... hari tu anak dara ilah call ummie tanya pasal c.c. dia UMP..
Lepas satu rumah, satu rumah hidang panna cotta. Rumah ma gak yang belum hidang. Macam mana nih! Nak buat jugaklah... bila tu mama? Jangan ko tanya! Hahaha...
