Terung Bulat Berlado

Ni masak campak-campak je...cadangnya nk masukkan dalam apa2 kari ke, tp x jadi lak...so ini lah jadinya..hehe

Bahan:-

• 2 biji terung bulat - belah 2 dan kerat 2
• 3 biji cili merah - kisar
• 4 ulas cili padi - kisar
• 1/2 labu bawang besar - kisar
• 1 ulas bawang putih - kisar
• sedikit belacan - kisar
• sedikit ikan bilis
• garam dan gula secukup rasa
• sedikit air

Cara Memasak:-

1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan-bahan tumbuk dan kacau hingga naik bau dan terbit minyak.
2. Masukkan ikan bilis dan kacau lagi. Masukkan sedikit air.
3. Masukkan terung dan kacau balik biar rata.
4. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
5. Bila terung masak, tutup api. Angkat dan hidangkan.

Emping Dengan Kelapa Parut

Ada sesapa tak yang pernah makan emping dengan kelapa parut ni...ataupun ada yang tak kenal makanan camni? Sedap ni tau...Ni kegemaran hubby dan anak-anak Ummi...ya la dulu2 hubby kata kat kampung dia my MIL penah menanam padi...bila musim menuai dan padi muda digoreng dan dtumbuk dengan lesung kaki kayu yang besar tu, so jadi lah emping ni...suasana meng"emping" memang meriah sakan kat kampung. Tapi parents Ummi ni orang Felda mana ada semua tu..Apapun, masa remaja dulu Ummi selalu ikut family jiran sebelah rumah mak dan terserempak dengan aktiviti meng"emping" ni..best jugak!

Baru ni balik kampung, kitaorang pergi pasar malam, hubby nampak emping ni, apa lagi, beli terus..ada jugak emping pulut...sama je lah sedapnya...Jom layan emping ni dengan kelapa muda parut, gula secukup rasa dan sedikit garam...krup krap, krup krap makan..

High-Tea During CNY Holidays

Last week during CNY we've spent our holidays in KL for about 4D3N. Btw, my two child Abanglong and Najiha had been there 5 days earlier to help doing some preparations for my sister's wedding that is just around the corner. A day before CNY, my bro-in-law had invited us to come for a High-Tea at Revolving Restaurant, on the 18th Floor of Federal Hotel started at 12pm - 4pm...Well, so happy eh..it's good enough to fill in our "tank" after doing those preparations...no need to cook for lunch...yeaaahhhh! Let's have fun with some of the pictures taken..Here we go....!!

My sister had an ABC

Aarrhh...we were fulled already..still waiting for my bro-in-law..he'd promised to join us after he'd done with table settings/preparations for CNY celebration at the hotel owner's resident...Tan Sri Datuk Low Yatt (not sure his full name, but I'm sure and familiar with Plaza Low Yatt..haha..). Off course, as a Banquet Manager he'd to make sure everything is well-managed.
