Bahan-bahan:-
- 1/2 biji isi mangga masak
- 2 sb yogurt perisa asli / mangga
- 1/2 cawan low fat milk
- 1 sb gula
- 1/2 cawan air
- Ais ketul secukupnya
Cara-cara
- Masukkan semua bhn kedlm blender dan kisar sehingga smooth / halus
- Tuangkan ke dlm gelas kesukaan anda dan sedia utk dinikmati ... senangkan!
