Dah bermacam-macam asam pedas dan asam rebus dah dimasak, kali ni try lak asam rebus paling sempoi dari buku Senangnya Memasak Bersama Chef Hanieliza tuh...meh layannn...sempoiii gitu..tp mmg menambat selera..
Bahan:-
- 3 ekor ikan selar (akak guna ikan bawal)
- 5 keping asam keping
- 2 tangkai daun kesum
- 1/4 biji nenas dipotong kecil
- Air secukupnya
- Sedikit serbuk kunyit
- Garam secukup rasa
Bahan Kisar:-
- 3 biji cili merah
- 1 cm belacan
- 3 ulas bawang merah
Cara-Cara:-
Ni yang nak malu ni... ma pun ada bukunya, tapi tak try lagi.. hehehe.. tak pe la, Kak Liza maha memahami daku! Hihihi...
