Moist Banana Bread

Lagi satu makanan yang licin semasa family gathering baru-baru ni....memang sedap...ni pun hasil intai dapur Jun jugak laaa, dia dapat dari Website ni ...baru ni dia ada buat....roti ala-ala kek gituuuu...ingat nak letak raisins...terlupa pulak laaa..duk bz kemas2 dapur sambil tuh..hehee...emm layan aje laaa....C n P dari dapur Jun je ni..thanks ya Jun...

Ingredients:-
  • 3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed*
  • 1/3 cup melted butter*
  • 1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup)*
  • 1 egg, beaten*
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla*
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda*
  • Pinch of salt*
  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

Methods:-

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
  5. Add the flour last, mix.
  6. Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.

  3. ummi, kita dah buat gak tapi gelaplah sikit kaler dia sbb tgh2 nya x masak2. tu yg lama dlm oven nak nunggu tghnya masak. biasanya ummi guna api bawah sampai masak ke atau ada tukat api atas? bnyk kali kalau buat kek yg agak lembut tksturnya dan adunannnya agak cair sikit mesti bhgn tgh nya lambat masak tapi yg tepi2 dah ok. cam no eh?

  4. Salam Umi...baru nak tanya....resepi ni sama dengan kat rumah Ijan Finland ka..tengok dia dah komen tu ha!!! Boleh try gak ni....!!!Pisang emas banyak kat peti tu ha1!!!
