X pernah lagi buat kek guna keledek..selalu wat kuih je...tapi yang ni memang kek keledek yang sangat sedap pada tekak akak...lembut dan lembab gitu...dengan aroma serbuk kayu manis tu membuatkan rasa kek lebih sedap tp akak x letak byk sgt serbuk tu..nnt x laku lak...Kalau x caya, tanya Hana...dia pun dah rasa, sedap katanya..Resepi dari umah@MYR tu..Akak C & P je laa...
Bahan:-
- 1 Cup Butter, softened
- 2 cups White sugar
- 2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (akak letak 1/4 teaspoon je)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch pan.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set a side.
- In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add mashed Sweet potatoes and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time,add flour and continue beating.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake for a bout 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
*Note: For deco, just sift some icing sugar on top of the cake.
